With 16 years experience in Human Resources, primarily in the financial services sector, Cindy has a wealth of expertise in the A to Z of HR strategic planning and implementation, recruitment and selection, organisational development, training, performance management, coaching and labour relations.
In addition, 10 years as Head of Human Resources at Alexander Forbes and Investment Solutions has translated into an exceptionally strong appreciation of the technicalities of the financial services sector, in particular.
Prior to joining Jack Hammer as an Executive Consultant, Cindy established a Human Resources Consulting firm, working in a range of industries, and consulting in various specialist HR disciplines.
Now, in her current role, Cindy is able to add considerable value to her clients – executive headhunting combined with HR expertise!
And as a successful business woman who is also a mom, Cindy’s best moments are spent with her children, preferably outdoors.
