With a background in Labour Relations and Organisational Change, as well as Critical Psychology and Globalisation, Rutendo is well placed for a career in executive headhunting.
Prior to joining the Jack Hammer team, she worked for Wesgro in the HR department, and was responsible for training, recruitment and general employee relations. A passion for moving closer to the coal-face of sourcing top executives in the corporate world prompted her career move, and she has proven herself as an extremely talented researcher.
Rutendo is a peaceful soul, and in her limited recreation time (she’s a bit of a workaholic), loves long walks on the beach.
