Barbara has more than 10 years experience in the recruitment field as a specialist researcher and headhunter, primarily in the financial services industry. She then furthered her creative marketing talents by assisting the growth and development of a leading global real estate brand in South Africa, in a marketing and communications role.
The challenge and adventure inherent in searching and sourcing the ‘perfect fit’ between candidate and corporate lured Barbara back to the world of headhunting, as Senior Research Associate within Jack Hammer. Her extensive exposure to a wide variety of work environments and executive candidates from all corners of the corporate world has equipped her with the required experience to provide optimal interaction at senior levels.
Barbara has recently bought a farm in the Knysna District – on weekends you will find Barbara planting and picking lavender!
