After matriculating, Shaakira Martin went on to complete a Travel & Tourism Diploma. Her love for people and interacting with others combined with her qualification, equipped her to enter the world of event co-ordination.
After 5 years in the field, working with two prestigious Cape-based companies, she was offered the opportunity to join the recruitment industry, where she excelled as a consultant.
Shaakira’s exceptional organization and administration skills acquired during her career in event management, combined with her experience as a recruiter have lead to her success and achievement in her role at Jack Hammer.
In fact, she wears two ‘hats’, at times assisting with the research and headhunting process.
