Anna Magari: Research Associate

Anna completed her degree in Industrial Sociology and Public Administration and jumped into the corporate world almost immediately. Her love for people combined with a keen interest in the business world made her transition into the headhunting and research field fairly smooth.
Her career progress as a specialist researcher at Jack Hammer has been supported by her early years as a researcher in one of UCT’s most prestigious IT research centres while completing her degree. She has also worked for various NGOs, and she hopes to evolve her interest in philanthropic work in the future.
When she isn’t at work, you will often find Anna at live jazz concerts around Cape Town, as she was once an avid jazz singer and would love to get back to singing one day. In the meantime, it’s just in the shower.
