TSiBA Education is a South African higher education provider based Cape Town that is focused on developing future leaders out of South Africa’s talented historically disadvantaged youth. It operates as a non-profit education institution where all students in the Bachelor of Business Administration degree programme are on a full tuition scholarship. TSiBA is inspired by CIDA City Campus in Gauteng, and continues to have a close working relationship with CIDA. TSiBA’s founding partner is the Shuttleworth Foundation, hence its focus on the development of entrepreneurial skills. Another key competency of the degree is ‘Career Management’. The JACK HAMMER team are involved in the development of this curriculum, and in ongoing mentoring and lecturing on a voluntary basis.
