Ondria is interested in everything. Hence her eclectic studies in African History, Criminal Justice, and Criminal Law, and a career in research. Including market research, donor funding and executive search.
She spent a very rewarding seven years as a prospect researcher at UCT, sourcing and managing critical data for university fundraising efforts with a database of over 100,000 donors and alumni. UCT has the reputation for leading the fundraising and donor management space in Higher Education. Because of this, aside from training her own team of researchers in best practice, she also trained prospect researchers from other universities, believing that capacity-building is one of the best ways to empower others to make a difference.
“Research is a methodical process. Understanding your goal, seeing how the pieces fit together and ultimately seeing a result that directly impacts the well-being of a company, its employees or even an individual employee or student”.
It is this approach, and level of rigour, that drives Ondria’s success at Jack Hammer.
